What is your return/cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order at any time before it’s dispatched. If you’d like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. You then have another 14 days to return it in perfect condition for a full refund. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. We're happy to help arrange collection and return if needed.
